Scheepjes River Washed Yarn Review
For my last pattern of 2017, I used this amazing Scheepjes River Washed XL yarn. I loved working with this yarn, and I think it works well for my amigurumi and lovey creations. I always use a 4mm (G) hook for my amigurumis, and the result is fantastic! The smaller hook creates a tighter stitch definition and it makes great shapes. For loveys, I like to use a 5mm (H) hook for the blanket. The stitches are just a little looser, and the effect looks wonderful. You can see the way the River Washed yarn worked up in my Mel the Monster and Friends patterns.
